1. Valid core vaccination or positive titer test results done within the last 12 months

3. Please use our dog run before entering the pool, and doggos must be on leashed at all times except during swims.

Notice for Scheduled Breeds
Scheduled breeds are not allowed to join public slots, private bookings are required.
Please be advised that, in accordance with AVS regulations, scheduled breeds are required to be muzzled in public areas. However, as swimming is an intensive activity, wearing a muzzle may limit your dog’s enjoyment and pose a risk of injury.
To ensure their safety and comfort, we require scheduled breeds to book a private swim session. This allows your dog to swim freely without a muzzle, as scheduled breeds are not permitted to join public swim sessions with other customers.

Is your pool open to the public?
Yes, our pool is open to the public but bookings need to be made online!
Each standard booking allows entry for 1 dog and 2 adult handlers, with additional human guests at $5/pax.
If you have multiple dogs, each dog would require an additional standard booking.
How much do you charge? How do I purchase a swim slot?
You will need to purchase a swim session booking for your doggo to use our pool:
- Price: Each pool booking costs $38 (before GST) and entitles you a 1-hour swim session for 1 dog and 2 humans. Additionally, you will have 15 mins use of our dog shower cubicles and 15 mins use of drying area (Dryers now provided!).
- Pre-requisites: Your dog will need to have a valid core vaccination or alternatively, a titer test done within the last 12 months.
- Where: You can purchase a swim slot on this site, just click on the “Swim” tab on the top right corner, select your preferred date and timing and make the booking!
- Payment: We accept credit/debit card payments. Your purchase is only complete when we have received full payment for your booking. You will receive an order receipt via email after payment is made. Please check your spam and junk if you do not receive via your inbox.
Are there any pre-requisites e.g. vaccinations?
The participating dogs will need to be in good health. If your doggo is experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, a runny nose, cough, open wounds or skin conditions we will have to regretfully refuse entry.
Please ensure your dog has either a valid core vaccination or positive titer test done not more than 12 months prior to your booking visit date.
I am not sure my dog can swim?
If your dog has never swam before, you will need to introduce him to swimming the same way you would for a child. Lovingly, gently and with lots of fun!
Our entrance to pool is designed for a gradual increase in depth of water, after which, easily accessible resting bays for your doggo within the pool both on the right and left sides.
What do I need to bring or prepare?
- Leash: For your dog’s and other dogs’ safety, please do keep your dog on leash outside of the pool area.
- Swimming vest: If your dog needs a little help, this might be a good investment. If you haven’t got one, you can enjoy complimentary usage of swim vest of different sizes at our facility on a first come first serve basis.
- Toys: Balls, frisbees, whatever your doggo loves to play with!
- Shower stuff: Shampoo if you intend to give your doggo a shower after his swim. Kindly bring along a towel to dry your doggo after!
- Hairdryer: Hairdryers are provided in our drying cubicles, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!
- Change of clothes: Don’t forget to bring a set a clothes to change out of after your swim!
Please do not feed your dog at least 2 hours before his swim. Please toilet your dog outdoors before heading to the pool.

Can I accompany my dog into the pool?
Absolutely! In fact, we require you to, it’s a great way to keep a close watch and bond with your doggo!
Every dog needs to be handled by a responsible adult in the pool at all times. There is a minimum age requirement of 10 years old for kids.
Do you have shower facilities?
We do have shower stations in the premise. Please rinse your doggo before entering the pool.
We do not provide shampoo or towels, so remember to pack those if you plan to shower your dog after his/her swim. In consideration of others waiting to use the shower stations, we kindly request showers to be kept under 8 minutes.
We also cater to cubicles with power outlets for blow drying your dog, basic blow dryers are also provided, however customers are free to bring along their own dryers if that is preferred.
We do not have dedicated showers for humans but there are changing rooms on the pool deck.
Do you have swimming vests for rental?
We do have some swimming vests on site for complimentary usage but limited in quantity. We strongly encourage owners that swim their pups more often to purchase a well-fitted vest for their own use.
With so many dogs, is your pool clean?
Our Mineral pool has a built in filtration system to ensure that water quality is kept ideal via monitoring through an App. In-house water tests are done twice a day and submitted to our pool care specialist for immediate feedback, if required. We also conduct monthly water sample collection for comprehensive laboratory analysis as part of a specialised monitoring study that includes physical, chemical and bacteriological Analysis.
Our pool also contains minerals such as Magnesium & Potassium that makes the water soothing for those with sensitive skin.
The 30 minute gap between swim sessions allows for us to remove surface debris like fur and maintain the general cleanliness of the facility.
Additionally, we perform regular maintenance which includes vacuuming of the pool to maintain hygiene and remove debris, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Can humans swim in the pool?
While humans are permitted to enter the pool to guide and support their dogs, swimming by humans is strictly not allowed. The pool has been specially designed for dogs to swim freely, without obstruction or distraction, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for them.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining this dog-focused environment. Guests who attempt to swim or jump into the pool will be cautioned by our staff. Continued non-compliance may result in being asked to leave the premises.
