All dogs new to boarding at Mutts & Mittens Active Kovan will undergo an assessment during the period of their stay, to ensure a conducive & comfortable boarding experience for all.

(b) Closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year Day 1 & Day 2, and Public Holidays

If you are unable to check in/out your pet(s) within the designated check in and check out timings, please book an extra night for your pet’s stay.

We strongly encourage you to bring your dog’s own food as this will reduce the risks of stomach sensitivity due to sudden food transition

1. Valid core vaccination required (not less than 14 days & not more than 12 months)

2. Bordetella Vaccination against Kennel Cough highly recommended – not less than 14 days & not more than 12 months before check-in.

3. Valid dog license prior to boarding (Under the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules)

4. Dog must be dewormed prior to check-in (Deworming pills must be prescribed by a Veterinarian).

5. Tick/flea prevention must be done no more than 1 month (with the exception of Bravecto which is effective for 3 months) before start of boarding

6. Minimum age for boarding: 10 months old. Puppies must have completed all core vaccinations.

7. Boarding swims are not applicable to brachycephalic breeds.

8. All prices stated are before GST.

9. Mutts & Mittens reserves the right to reject any booking.
